Hotel Booking Strategy

Using complicated logarithmic computations we found a hotel in Oklahoma City for the first leg of our cross country journey.

Using Priceline I found a three star hotel located near the zoo for only 56 dollars a night, but I didn't book it.  I checked it against Expedia, Orbitz, and other such crap.  I then used my employer's discount web page to get an additional sixty percent off of priceline prices.  I verified directly with the hotel to make sure that price was in fact cheaper than the price they were offering for that night.  Then I booked it.

Protip:  Make sure that your hotel has free parking available no point saving on a room when your car needs to rent a spot.
